Responsibilities and Duties As a **Store Sales Associate** at Kopenhagen, you will be the brand ambassador, ensuring a welcoming, sophisticated, and personalized experience for each customer. Your main responsibilities and duties include: **Customer Service and Sales** * Greet and proactively approach customers with warmth and energy, building rapport and understanding their needs. * Conduct consultative sales, presenting products in a personalized way and promoting memorable experiences. * Encourage higher average transaction value through suggestions of product pairings, promotions, and new arrivals. * Present and register customers in the **KopClub** loyalty program, fostering engagement and repeat visits. * Operate the cash register responsibly, processing transactions via cash, card, and Pix. **Store Organization and Operations** * Maintain an organized and inviting store environment: display windows, counters, staff kitchen, stockroom, and equipment — all meeting Kopenhagen’s standards. * Ensure cleanliness in customer service areas and the staff kitchen, complying with health surveillance regulations. * Monitor product expiration dates, restocking, and organization using spreadsheets and labels for recordkeeping. * Participate in daily store opening and closing routines, including cash reconciliation and cashier reports. **Café Operations** * Prepare coffees, milkshakes, desserts, and other café items according to brand standards. * Assist in order assembly, paying attention to presentation and quality in every delivery. * Ensure prompt and courteous service for in-store consumption. **Results and Experience** * Focus on sales targets, customer experience, and service excellence. * Anticipate customer needs, propose solutions, and ensure every customer leaves the store enchanted. * Contribute to smooth, collaborative, and high-performance operations.
