




* Assist with timekeeping verification, payroll calculation and verification; - Collect documents and send them to the accounting office (onboarding documents, offboarding documents, medical certificates, etc.); - Schedule and monitor medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, and offboarding); - Administer employee benefits (e.g., topping up benefit cards); - Clarify employees’ questions regarding payroll, 13th salary, vacation, and benefits; - Provide administrative support for other departmental activities. - Experience in timekeeping and payroll management; - Familiarity with benefits administration; - Solid understanding of payroll calculations, 13th salary, vacation, and termination settlements.
