We are looking for a Store Supervisor to join our team. **Responsibilities and duties** **YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR** * Distributing targets, tracking and monitoring sales, performing store opening and closing procedures, communicating with the team about sales incentive campaigns, coordinating receiving, restocking and organization activities; * Guiding staff on product display strategies in-store according to guidelines from the Commercial and Visual Merchandising teams, developing partnerships, customer service, and wedding registry support; * Monitoring performance indicators (average ticket, margin, conversion rate, items per transaction, sales, inventory accuracy, wedding registry performance, engagement surveys, competency assessments, etc.); * Ensuring that your store complies with all Visual Merchandising standards. **Requirements and qualifications** **TO JOIN OUR TEAM, YOU MUST HAVE** * Completed or ongoing higher education; * Postgraduate degree or specializations are desirable; * Experience in retail and team management. **Additional information** * People with disabilities are welcome to apply for all our opportunities.
