The core focus of this role is to attract, engage, and convert potential patients using digital marketing and relationship-building strategies. Maintain relationships with leads by conducting strategic follow\-ups to increase conversion rates. Use telephone as the primary contact channel and WhatsApp as supplementary support. Record and update information in the management system to ensure proper tracking of the conversion funnel. Collaborate with the marketing department and clinical team to align patient acquisition and service delivery. Achieve scheduling and conversion targets, emphasizing service efficiency and quality. , **Requirements:** Completed high school education (mandatory); ongoing undergraduate studies in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines are desirable. Proven experience in sales and telephone customer service, preferably within dental clinics, aesthetic practices, or healthcare-related sectors.
