We are seeking a Mid-Level Construction Site Supervisor to work on-site, ensuring adherence to deadlines, technical standards, and safety across our projects. You will be a key player in coordinating the construction site, connecting teams, suppliers, and engineering management. * Supervise and guide construction teams on a daily basis. * Monitor physical schedules and propose adjustments when necessary. * Ensure proper execution of work in accordance with designs and technical standards. * Control the use of materials, equipment, and supplies. * Support the hiring and integration of service providers. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site organization standards. * Report project progress to coordination/engineering with clear indicators. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or Foreman at mid-level. * Experience in civil construction projects (residential, commercial, or industrial). * Knowledge of reading and interpreting construction drawings. * Basic understanding of construction planning, material control, and team management. * Leadership, organizational, and clear communication skills. * Availability for 100% on-site work at construction sites. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical education in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Experience with quality and occupational safety management systems. * Prior experience with medium- or large-scale construction companies. * Basic knowledge of digital construction management tools.
