Job Summary: Sales Consultant responsible for selling construction machinery consortium shares, including prospecting clients and overseeing the entire process. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in industry events and trade fairs **We are seeking a Sales Consultant to sell construction machinery consortium shares—such as wheel loaders, compactors, backhoe loaders, and other equipment. The professional will identify business opportunities, prospect new clients, and oversee the entire consortium enrollment process, delivering consultative and strategic support.** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** \* Prospect and acquire clients interested in purchasing construction machinery through consortium plans; \* Present consortium plans, explaining their benefits and operational mechanics; \* Understand client needs and offer customized solutions; \* Manage a customer portfolio, maintaining active relationships and fostering buyer loyalty; \* Negotiate and close consortium share sales while ensuring customer satisfaction; \* Monitor the entire consortium enrollment process until allocation; \* Participate in industry events and trade fairs to expand professional networks and generate new business opportunities. **REQUIREMENTS** \* Prior experience in consortium, financing, or insurance sales is preferred (especially within the construction machinery or heavy vehicle sectors); \* Strong negotiation and customer service skills; \* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities; \* Organizational discipline to manage leads and track client interactions; \* Valid driver's license and availability for external visits. **WHAT WE OFFER** \* Fixed salary \+ attractive sales commissions. \* Benefits including health and dental insurance, company vehicle for commuting, mobile phone, laptop, and others. \* Specialized training on consortiums and the construction market. \* A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
