Job Summary: Responsible for recovering and developing the customer base, identifying business opportunities, reactivating inactive customers, and generating demand for the sales team. Building initial customer relationships and qualifying leads Work on recovering and developing the company's customer base by identifying business opportunities, reactivating inactive customers, qualifying commercial opportunities, and generating demand for the sales team. Responsible for building initial relationships with portfolio customers, identifying purchase potential, and forwarding qualified opportunities to sales representatives. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Daily management of inactive customers and customers with low purchase volume; * Proactive outreach via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other available channels; * Identifying customers with reactivation potential; * Qualifying commercial opportunities prior to forwarding to sales representatives; * Updating customer registration information; * Recording all interactions in the CRM; * Mapping reasons for customer and opportunity loss; * Identifying customer needs, purchasing profile, and current stage; * Scheduling meetings or forwarding qualified opportunities to responsible sales representatives; * Executing pre-defined contact cadences; * Accompanying customers until the first sales opportunity is generated; * Suggesting improvements to prospecting and customer recovery processes; * Collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams on customer recovery campaigns; * Supporting the creation of priority customer lists; * Contributing information to continuously improve commercial playbooks. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed High School education; * CRM knowledge (Ploomes, Pipedrive, or similar); * Microsoft Office suite; * Prior experience in inside sales, SDR, BDR, pre-sales, or commercial customer service. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
