Then join our Warehouse team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure requested materials—correct in specification and quantity—are dispatched to their designated destinations; * Perform material verification, packaging, and dispatch to requesting departments; * Process material requests from administrative warehouse via computerized system; * Carry out administrative/operational routines of the area, including entering invoices into the system and registering materials/suppliers; * Execute receiving, storage, picking, and distribution routines for administrative warehouse materials; * Maintain the administrative warehouse organized, clean, and functional, prioritizing appropriate internal logistics. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of functional inventory control processes; * Familiarity with spreadsheets and integrated ERP systems; Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, E\-mail). * Caring is at our core.
