Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and confident Social Media Intern to be the face of Agromai on Instagram, creating video content and engaging with the community. Key Highlights: 1. Complete creative freedom to experiment with formats and create segments. 2. Record behind-the-scenes footage and the company's daily activities naturally. 3. Identify trends and adapt them to Agromai's reality. Position: Social Media Internship We already have a team handling more complex graphic design and editing tasks. What our team currently lacks is someone **easygoing**, unafraid of being in front of the camera, and ready to assume the role of Agromai's "face" on Instagram. We’re looking for someone who’s always plugged in — who notices something happening in the office and immediately thinks: *"Oh, that’s happening right now — it’d be great to record and post it!"* What You’ll Do in Practice * **Show Up:** Record behind-the-scenes moments, company updates, and daily activities — confidently and naturally — on video. * **Real-Time Content:** Capture insights as they happen and record instantly to keep our Stories and Reels fresh and timely. * **Express Editing:** Perform quick cuts, add captions, and assemble videos directly on your smartphone using CapCut. * **Network Engagement:** Stay logged into our Instagram account to comment, interact, share content, and engage with our followers. * **Quick Thinking:** Identify trending topics, memes, and popular audio clips across social platforms and adapt them instantly to Agromai’s context. Who We’re Looking For * **Sharp Communication Skills:** You must speak well, express yourself vividly, and feel completely at ease with a smartphone camera pointed at your face. * **Creator Mindset:** Possess a natural instinct for recognizing what drives engagement versus what’s just generic content. * **Agility:** Proficiency in CapCut or similar apps for dynamic, native editing. * **Education:** Currently enrolled in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Audiovisual Production, or related fields.
