**Your daily challenges will include:**
* Providing local technical support, serving as the operational focal point and first level of contact between the customer and our team of specialists.
* Collaborating with the customer to ensure optimal system functionality, performance, and efficiency.
* Diagnosing and resolving operational problems and systemic bugs.
* Actively participating in installation, configuration, and validation projects between the anti-fraud tool and the customer's legacy systems or databases.
* Applying security patches, correction routines, and upgrades for new versions or releases of the solution.
* Performing periodic parameter adjustments to the tool, documenting routine procedures, and consolidating metrics into monthly activity reports.
**We are looking for someone with:**
* Experience in registering, controlling, documenting solutions, and tracking the lifecycle of incident and request tickets based on priority and criticality levels.
* Practical knowledge of connecting solutions and consuming interfaces (APIs/batch files) with Oracle databases.
* Knowledge of administration in Linux Red Hat operating systems, JBoss application servers, virtualized environments, and Kubernetes container orchestration.
* Availability for on-site work in Porto Alegre\-RS;
* Completed undergraduate degree.
**It would be a plus if you have:**
* Familiarity with online transactional, batch, and real-time analysis workflows.
* Knowledge of applying security corrections (patches), continuous security monitoring, and compliance.
* Java programming language and integration: proficiency in Java, XML file manipulation/structuring, and execution of command-line scripts on operating systems.
* Experience or familiarity with market-standard methodologies for efficient execution and implementation of IT projects.
* Ability to conduct internal training sessions and continuously transfer operational system knowledge to customer teams, managers, and analysts.
