Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for leading recruitment, selection, people management, and optimization of HR strategies, ensuring excellence in the employee experience. Key Highlights: 1. Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection. 2. Manage internal mobility and the performance evaluation cycle. 3. Drive improvements in compensation, benefits, and well-being. **Responsibilities**: Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, ensuring hires align with strategy, culture, and departmental needs; Ensure excellence in candidate experience across all stages of the selection process; Communicate vacancy closures to HR and the People Department; Monitor and evaluate new employees' adaptation during the probationary period; Manage internal mobility (promotions, transfers/internal processes, cycle closure) with agility, transparency, and clarity; Register and/or update departments and positions in the payroll system (RM); Encourage job description reviews and propose structural improvements based on the job mapping framework; Design and oversee the performance evaluation cycle in collaboration with leaders and their teams; Manage HR databases, dashboards, and HR metrics; Conduct exit interviews; Maintain updated KPI spreadsheets, position management records, and salary tables; Research and propose enhancements to compensation and benefits packages; Co-create initiatives promoting quality of life, well-being, and engagement; Monitor and analyze People Management metrics; Participate in HR team meetings and contribute analyses, benchmarks, and reflections; Collaborate with other HR pillars; Provide analyses and insights regarding organizational climate, perceptions, and behavior; Attend 1:1 meetings with coordination; Deeply understand the organization’s strategic vision; Drive process mapping and improvement within the HR function; Update performance indicators monthly; Ensure daily time tracking records are maintained and the time bank is zeroed out at month-end; Participate in OKR and KPI check-in meetings; Act in support of sustainable development culture; Perform other related duties as required. **Required Education**: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Postgraduate degree in Strategic People Management or related areas. **Mandatory Requirements**: Oral and written communication skills; Recruitment and selection (competency-based selection techniques); Google Sheets and/or Excel; Job evaluation and compensation (structuring salary tables and policies); People management platforms (Elofy, Qulture Rocks, etc.); HR software (Pandapé, Sólides, Gupy, etc.); People analytics; Google tools (Drive, Forms, etc.); Reporting and dashboards (Power BI or similar tools); HR data analysis and performance metrics (KPIs). **Preferred Qualifications**: Payroll systems (RM TOTVS, etc.); Behavioral profile analysis (PDA Assessment, DISC, or similar); Labor legislation (basic knowledge of CLT and labor compliance practices); Organizational structure; Agile project and task management tools (Miro/Jira/Trello); Management tools (KPIs and OKRs). **Behavioral Competencies**: Interpersonal relationship skills; Results-oriented execution; Analytical mindset; Systems thinking; Innovation. **Work Modality**: Hybrid. **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. **Compensation**: Competitive salary commensurate with the role + benefits (meal allowance of BRL 37.32 per day, food allowance of BRL 702.85 per month + transportation allowance), plus additional benefits listed below.
