Collaboration with the Cards team in the Products & CRM area. We are seeking a Data Modeling Analyst to join our Cards team. Your mission will be to perform data analysis and develop studies, as well as identify customer profiles and consumption patterns for the Products & CRM area, contributing to strategic decisions at Bourbon Administradora de Cartões. You will work on building databases, segmenting clusters, defining customer profiles, and analyzing consumption patterns. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct detailed data analysis and develop studies to support the growth of the department; * Build databases and perform cluster and customer profile segmentation; * Identify customer behavior profiles and consumption patterns to support CRM strategies; * Provide technical input to support the company’s strategic decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. * Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using Power BI. * Basic knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis. * Experience with clustering techniques and pattern analysis. **Additional Information** * Annual Profit-Sharing Plan (PPR) * Unimed Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * On-site cafeteria * Transportation allowance as per CLT regulations * Retail Workers' Day Off Our story began in 1935, founded by Francisco José and Santina Zaffari, who—with care and dedication—opened a grocery store in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul.
