We are seeking a **Store Manager**, who will be the heart of our operation, ensuring the success of your unit and the development of our team. Your responsibilities will include: Someone **dynamic, eager to learn and grow**, who enjoys fast-paced environments and has that spark in their eyes when serving people! * Customer service; * Cash register opening and closing; * Receiving merchandise; * Monitoring product quality and team performance; * Inventory control and counting; * Overall store organization. **What we seek in you** * Completed High School education (Mandatory); * Availability to work on weekends; * Strong communication and organizational skills, plus enthusiasm for customer-facing roles. * Ability to proactively and effectively manage multiple challenges and conflicts. * Dynamism, proactivity, and passion for overcoming challenges. **Work Schedule** * Rotation: 6 days on / 1 day off * Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM **Compensation and Benefits** **Salary:** R$ 3\.147,50 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or mobility benefit * Meal voucher R$ 800,00 \+ on-site snack * Partnership with SESC * Gym membership (Total Pass) * Performance-based bonus * Recognition programs **Why join us?** We are a company that **develops talent**, believes in people's potential, and values those who truly embrace our mission!
