Responsibilities and Duties: * Set up patient-use equipment; * Verify and organize received materials and medications; * Review medical records, nursing and medical prescriptions; * Engage the patient’s family regarding expectations and general home care guidance; * Receive and stabilize the patient at their residence; * Conduct physical examinations and assess wounds; * Internally communicate with the team regarding any implementation changes, if necessary; Prerequisites and Qualifications: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with active COREN registration; * Minimum six months of relevant work experience; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) required to operate company vehicles.
