ProjectAluminum® | São José do Rio Preto – SP | On-site Job Description We are seeking a **Junior Administrative Analyst (Bilingual)** to join our Commercial Team at our manufacturing facility located in São José do Rio Preto/SP. Responsibilities and Duties * Support administrative and commercial routines within the department; * Register and track customer orders (domestic and international); * Support the quotation process, proposal issuance, and delivery schedule control, as needed; * Provide bilingual customer service and support to commercial representatives; * Assist in contract management, pricing tables, commission closing, and commercial terms; * Assist in issuing fiscal documents, invoices, contracts, and billing reports, if required; * Prepare and translate bilingual reports, presentations, and communications (English/Spanish/Portuguese); * Support the International Trade team on export-related tasks (documentation, shipments, follow-up); * Monitor commercial performance indicators and assist in preparing management reports; * Maintain updated customer and sales databases in the ERP/CRM system. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, International Trade, International Relations, Marketing, or related fields; * Prior experience in customer service is desirable; * Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is desirable; * Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented profile.
