If you identify with these values, join Grupo Panvel’s team and let’s share ideas together! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Full-cycle NFS-e (received and issued) control: validation, registration, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution. * Reconciliation between NFS-e and source systems: Oracle (Ommini, Invoncy) and external systems Migrate (issued) and v360 (received). * Support in ISS calculation, entries, and municipal tax payment/guides, according to each municipality’s regulations. * Monitoring of applicable legislation (e.g., Complementary Law 116/2003) and support for adaptation to changes (including Tax Reform, where services are impacted). * Suggesting process improvements to reduce risks and rework. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Entry-level experience or internship in tax area, preferably focused on services. * Basic knowledge of ISSQN and withholding taxes (ISS, IRRF, PIS, COFINS, CSLL, and INSS). * Experience supporting calculation and verification of withheld and self-assessed taxes. * Support in generating and verifying municipal and federal tax guides, observing deadlines and departmental guidelines. * Support in submitting municipal declarations (ISS, DES, DMS, GISS, among others). * Familiarity with Complementary Law 116/2003 (LC 116) and service classification. * Support in tax reconciliations and preliminary analysis of inconsistencies in service invoices. * Familiarity with tax management systems or tools for fiscal document capture (e.g., tax automation, autodoc, RPA). * Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters, and data organization). * Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul/RS. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Benefits:** * Childcare allowance * Birthday day off * Exclusive discounts at Panvel Pharmacy * Rotating parking * Extended maternity and paternity leave * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR) * Dental plan (through Employees’ Association) * Health insurance * Mental health and financial planning support programs * On-site cafeteria * Chartered transportation * Wellhub (gym discounts) Caring is at our core.
