If you identify with these values, join the Panvel Group team and let’s share ideas together! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform monthly ICMS and ICMS-ST calculations, ensuring correct application of current legislation and adherence to established deadlines. * Analyze tax operations (purchases, sales, transfers, and interstate operations), ensuring proper taxation and fiscal treatment. * Execute, validate, and submit ancillary tax obligations, such as SPED Fiscal (EFD ICMS/IPI) and GIA, ensuring consistency of reported information. * Operate Tax One and Tax Analyser systems, identifying, analyzing, and resolving tax discrepancies. * Conduct ICMS-related tax and accounting reconciliations, ensuring integrity among tax ledgers, calculations, and general ledger accounts. * Extract, analyze, and validate data from SAP and Oracle systems, ensuring correct tax parameterization. * Identify opportunities for improvement in tax processes, proposing and supporting implementation of automation and operational enhancements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related fields. * Experience with ICMS and ICMS-ST. * Experience with SPED Fiscal and GIA. * Knowledge of TAX ONE and SAP. * Preferred experience with TAX Analyser. * Preferred knowledge of tax automation, advanced Excel, or BI tools. * Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul/RS. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Benefits:** * Childcare allowance * Birthday day off * Exclusive discounts at Panvel Pharmacies * Rotating parking * Extended maternity and paternity leave * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR) * Dental plan (through the Employees’ Association) * Health insurance * Programs supporting mental health and financial organization * On-site cafeteria * Chartered transportation * Wellhub (discounts at gyms) Caring is at our core.
