If you meet the requirements below, apply now for the **Agilist** position—we’d love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** We are looking for an **Agilist** to drive organizational agility maturity by working closely with leadership and teams. This role plays a strategic part in evolving work methodologies, promoting continuous improvement, focusing on outcomes, and aligning strategy, tactics, and operations. * Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the organization’s agile maturity, with emphasis on **Kanban** and flow management; * Partner with leadership to support the adoption of agile practices and data-driven decision-making; * Develop and monitor the continuous evolution of teams, encouraging autonomy, collaboration, predictability, and value delivery; * Facilitate ceremonies, workshops, and continuous improvement activities; * Align strategic objectives with team execution, bridging strategic, tactical, and operational levels; * Design and evolve boards and workflows in **Jira**, supporting visual work management and metric tracking; * Support the definition and monitoring of flow metrics (lead time, cycle time, WIP, throughput); * Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of learning, transparency, and continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as an Agilist, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar role; * Strong theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience with **Kanban**; * Experience using **Jira** for flow management, metrics, and results tracking; * Experience collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams; * Ability to operate systemically, connecting strategy to execution; * Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills. **Additional Information** * Work model: Hybrid (On-site\\Remote) * On-site cafeteria; * Chartered transportation; * TotalPass; * Health & Dental Plan (via cooperative); * Exclusive discounts at Panvel; Caring is at our core.
