Job Summary: The Operations Assistant will be responsible for daily inspections, tracking operational requests, updating spreadsheets, and providing administrative support to ensure organization and control. The **Operations Assistant** will conduct daily inspections of parking areas, track operational requests, update control spreadsheets, and provide administrative support to the department. Their **primary objective** is to ensure operational organization, control of vehicle flow, and compliance with rules by tenants. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Daily inspection of parking areas (markings, barriers, and general conditions); * Opening and tracking of operational requests; * Updating of control spreadsheets; * Administrative support to the department; * Monitoring of vehicle flow in buildings 41, 50, and HSL; * Enforcement of rule compliance by tenants. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Prerequisites:** * Completed High School education; * Technical course in Logistics is a plus. **Desired Skills and Competencies:** * Resilience; * Organization; * Strong communication skills; * Proactivity; * Interest in technical development; * Ability to work well in teams; * “Spark in the eyes” (self-motivation and genuine interest). **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** 08:00–12:00, 13:30–17:30 (Monday to Friday) **Our Benefits Package:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Childcare allowance; * Pharmacy allowance; * Transportation voucher; * Parking; * Education allowance.
