Here’s what this opportunity will involve on a day-to-day basis: We seek a Supply Specialist to support the structuring of the new supply area, acting as a technical and strategic reference in defining processes, policies, and inventory direction, with strong cross-functional interface among Product, Planning, Commercial, and Logistics teams. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the structuring, standardization, and evolution of the supply model; * Define and direct inventory positioning guidelines, policies, and parameters, balancing service level, availability, and efficiency; * Collaborate closely with Product, Planning, Commercial, and Logistics teams to ensure proper translation of portfolio and demand decisions into supply policies; * Serve as a technical reference for inventory, coverage, turnover, and supply requirement analysis across specific product categories; * Identify process improvement opportunities and propose medium- and long-term solutions; * Monitor strategic supply indicators and ensure process governance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * Strong analytical capability, systemic vision, and strategic thinking; * Excellent communication skills, influence capacity, and cross-functional collaboration ability; * Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis (SQL, VBA, R, or Python). **Additional Information** **\*\*Please remember to inform internal candidates that the application deadline is April 27, 2026\.** **Work Location: Porto Alegre\-RS** **Work Modality: Hybrid (4 days in the office and 1 day remote)** What excites you?
