The intern will work with the Process Engineering team, supporting the standardization and continuous improvement of production workflows, identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions to increase productivity and quality. The intern will be responsible for maintaining procedures and technical documentation, monitoring internal and external audits, participating in supplier qualification, and working onsite at the Itatiba unit to collect data, validate improvements, and measure gains. **Responsibilities and duties** * Work with the Process Engineering team to ensure standardization and continuous improvement of production and administrative workflows, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvement opportunities focused on productivity and quality; * Develop, update, and maintain operational procedures and technical documentation, in partnership with related departments; * Conduct and monitor internal and external audits; * Participate in supplier development and qualification, including test monitoring, requirement validation, and performance reporting; * Work onsite at the Itatiba unit, performing initial troubleshooting in new processes, gathering data, validating improvements, and measuring gains. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program from the 4th semester onward in Process Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management, Production Management, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; * Knowledge of ERPs and other systems is an advantage. **Additional information** **At Vedacit, our greatest motivation is transformation!** Transforming the lives of millions of people, improving housing conditions, and making your home our cause!
