Organized and safe work environment. **Job Description:** We are hiring a **Mason** to work on civil construction projects, performing services in accordance with technical drawings and engineering team instructions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform masonry work, including laying blocks and bricks; * Apply scratch coat, plaster, screed, and finishing; * Install ceramic and other types of cladding materials; * Interpret architectural and structural drawings; * Ensure compliance with established quality standards and deadlines; * Follow occupational safety regulations and properly use PPE. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in this role; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting drawings; * Commitment, responsibility, and ability to work in a team; * Attention to service quality and finish. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in public works or medium/large-scale projects; * Training courses in the civil construction field. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the position; * Benefits as stipulated by law and/or collective bargaining agreement; * Organized and safe work environment.
