We offer fast and efficient solutions for your delivery needs. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer support via telephone, email, or WhatsApp, resolving inquiries regarding orders, delivery deadlines, exchanges, or returns. Inform customers about order status, potential delays, or logistical issues, offering appropriate solutions. Assist in generating logistics performance reports and customer service and transshipment indicators. Perform other tasks relevant to the Logistics Analyst role. Previous experience as Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Specialist, Logistics Planner, or Logistics Manager may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. High school diploma required.
