If you identify with these values, join the Panvel Group team and let's share ideas together! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor license expiration dates and maintain valid licenses for stores and distribution centers, ensuring all units under your responsibility have the required regulatory documents issued and valid; * Track the processes of obtaining, regularizing, and renewing licenses with regulatory agencies for the group of stores under your responsibility, controlling and ensuring that all documents required for license validity are valid and issued; * Assist branches in maintaining documentary control of required licenses, displaying them on the store’s license board, ensuring all units under your responsibility have the required regulatory documents for operations issued and valid; * Keep the regulatory management system updated, ensuring that historical records are clearly documented with all necessary information for license maintenance; * Identify and promptly communicate to immediate management any branches found to be non-compliant with regulatory requirements, aiming to prevent risks of fines or shutdowns, as well as delays in license and permit issuance by regulatory agencies or internal clients; continuously analyze current legislation and seek technical alternatives for obtaining provisional licenses; * Plan the submission of required licenses at least 60 (sixty) days prior to expiration. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Pharmacy, Administration, Architecture, Accounting, or Law; * Desired knowledge of licensing processes with municipal authorities, fire departments, health surveillance agencies, environmental agencies, and other regulatory entities; * Up-to-date knowledge of sanitary, real estate, and urban legislation; legal requirements for licensing related to health, construction, and establishments; environmental regulations; advertising rules and habite-se documentation; fire prevention and suppression standards; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul/RS. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Benefits:** * Childcare allowance * Birthday Day Off * Exclusive discounts at Panvel Pharmacy * Rotating parking * Extended maternity and paternity leave * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR) * Dental plan (through the Employees’ Association) * Health insurance * Programs supporting mental health and financial organization * On-site cafeteria * Chartered transportation * Wellhub (discounts at gyms) Caring is at our core.
