Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution of infrastructure, network, system, and authentication issues. Provide on-site and remote technical support across group facilities. Administer Microsoft environments (Active Directory, access policies, network and collaboration services). Support administration of Microsoft 365 and integrated services. Manage IT assets (laptops, desktops, printers, tablets, and networking equipment), including inventory control and lifecycle management. Support technology procurement, replacement, and equipment and contract management processes. Interact with telecom, service, and technology vendors, tracking tickets, SLAs, and deliverables. Support endpoint and mobile device management (MDM) solutions. Execute routine updates, patching, hardening, and security best practices. Document procedures and technical standards, and maintain updated inventory and documentation. Participate in IT projects such as deployments, improvements, migrations, and infrastructure expansion. Work integrally with Information Security, Support, and Projects teams, adhering to corporate policies and IT governance best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** Prior experience in **corporate IT infrastructure**. Solid knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and connectivity). Hands-on experience with Microsoft environments, including user and permission administration and service management. Experience in infrastructure troubleshooting and advanced technical support. Experience in IT asset management and vendor relationship management. Knowledge of backup routines, environment updates, and maintenance. Analytical ability, technical diagnostic skills, and problem-solving capability. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware or similar). Knowledge of UTM firewalls and secure connectivity. Experience in hybrid environments (on-premises + cloud). Knowledge of PowerShell automation. Participation in infrastructure deployment or modernization projects. Familiarity with information security best practices and industry frameworks.
