Process Structuring: Develop and implement the Group’s Procurement Policy, defining approval workflows, decision-making authority levels, and ethical conduct standards. 2\. Strategic Supplier Management: Lead supplier prospecting, qualification, and development, ensuring compliance and negotiating high-impact corporate contracts (parts, services, and supplies). 3\. Financial and Performance Management: Ensure optimal purchase/ownership cost (TCO), monitor Saving targets (real savings), and align payment terms with organizational cash flow. 4\. Supply Cycle Control: Oversee the entire "procure-to-pay" flow, ensuring units are supplied with quality and within operational timelines. 5\. Technology Implementation: Manage configuration and use of procurement management tools to ensure 100% traceability and governance across processes. 6\. Leadership and Development: Build and manage the procurement team, establish performance indicators (KPIs), and promote cross-functional integration across Grupo Savar. 7\. Contract and Risk Management: Monitor validity periods of ongoing contracts, price adjustments, and risks of supply shortages, identifying market alternatives to ensure business continuity. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ We expect the following qualifications: 1\.
