Using artificial intelligence as a lever, you will scale high-performance copy production across all Clube do Valor business units, generating more qualified leads and accelerating customer conversion. **WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU** * Education: Undergraduate degree (in progress or completed). **Specific Knowledge:** * Mastery of persuasive copywriting for performance (ads, landing pages, emails, WhatsApp); * Excellence in Portuguese language and ability to adapt tone of voice per channel and audience; * Advanced daily use of AI tools; * Knowledge of persuasion frameworks; * Professional experience: Experience as a copywriter in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation / performance. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** **Ads and Paid Traffic Copy** * Create and iterate ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube) for all Clube do Valor products; * Develop hooks, headlines, and CTAs based on performance data and continuous A/B testing; * Monitor ad metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL) and propose copy optimizations with analytical insight; * Use generative AI to accelerate creation, research, and creative variation, multiplying productive capacity by at least 3x. **Landing Pages, Funnels, and Lead Magnets** * Write copy for lead-capture landing pages, webinars, events, and digital lead magnets; * Structure persuasive arguments using frameworks; * Create new lead magnets and rich materials (e\-books, checklists, calculators, quizzes) aligned with each unit’s lead-generation strategy; * Collaborate with design, traffic, and CRM teams to ensure consistency between ads, pages, and follow\-up. **Email, WhatsApp, and Nurturing Sequences** * Create and optimize email sequences for nurturing and conversion; * Write direct, conversion-triggered WhatsApp messages. **OUR BENEFITS** **HEALTH** * **Conexa Saúde:** We value mental health care, so we cover 4 therapy sessions/month. * **Health Insurance:** We value our team’s health!
