We are looking for **talent** eager to accelerate alongside us, tackle challenges, and seek new solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash inflows and outflows; forecast future cash flow (short-, medium-, and long-term); ensure liquidity to meet obligations. * Financial Investments: Determine where to allocate excess cash; analyze return and risk; monitor investments (CDBs, mutual funds, fixed-income instruments). * Resource Raising: Support loan and credit line negotiations with banks; evaluate financing costs (interest, IOF, fees); structure operations such as working capital financing. * Banking Relationships: Negotiate rates and services; support management of banking contracts; monitor guarantees, credit limits, and financing agreement covenants. * Debt Control: Monitor and assess impact on cash flow. * Risk Management: Analyze foreign exchange risk; evaluate interest rate exposure. * Preparation and submission of financial closing reports to support accounting routines. * Oversight of financial closing processes and assurance of timely monthly delivery. * Coordination with external auditors. * Monitoring and oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit analysis, and foreign exchange operations. * Support for operational routines in finance, tax, and accounting departments. * Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with financial systems. * Strong analytical capability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Required: Intermediate English proficiency. * Preferred: Willingness to travel. * Preferred: Experience with Protheus (TOTVS) system. * Advantageous: Knowledge of finance and financial markets. **Additional Information** **Health Plan \-** Take care of your health with our Doctor Clin (Max) Health Plan.
