Then join us in cooperation! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the support team to execute routine tasks and handle requests, aiming to keep IT environments functional and stable; * Provide Level 2 technical support, guiding users and support teams on incidents and requests related to network and telecom; * Respond to operational emergencies, leading problem resolution and crisis management; * Manage and monitor network and telecom infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, quality, and performance of IT services; * Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network equipment (access points, switches, firewalls), ensuring environment availability, performance, and security; * Support contract administration and vendor relationship management, monitoring SLAs, service quality, and proposing improvements or replacements; * Perform control and inventory of network and telecom assets, maintaining updated records of equipment, links, contracted plans, vendors, etc.; * Develop and maintain technical documentation related to telecom infrastructure (network topology, operational manuals, contingency procedures, etc.); * Analyze network performance and propose optimizations, applying best practices, identifying bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement in security and efficiency; * Execute physical installation of network assets, organizing racks according to established technical standards; * Participate in network expansion and upgrade projects, collaborating on defining technical solutions, schedules, and implementing new technologies; * Support the billing management process for telecom operators; * Observe and comply with both technical and corporate procedures, standards, and policies; * Ensure compliance with information security standards and internal policies; * Provide technical support for technology upgrade initiatives in the Telecom, Network Security, and IT infrastructure environments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems; * Advanced knowledge of large-scale network and telecommunications environments; essential knowledge of protocols and standards such as VRRP, BGP, VLAN, OSPF, STP, VPN, QoS, and equipment including enterprise-grade routers and switches; * Advanced knowledge of network security, firewall and intrusion detection/prevention protocols; * Advanced knowledge of IT and telecom infrastructures, cloud and on-premises network security; * Advanced knowledge of highly complex telecom infrastructures, LAN, WAN, SD-WAN; * Knowledge of market-leading vendor solutions, such as Cisco/Cisco Meraki, Dell, Palo Alto; * Ability to develop solutions for task automation and optimization of daily routines; * Solid knowledge of packet analysis tools, troubleshooting, log interpretation, event correlation, performance reporting, and improvement proposals; * Experience in contract management, availability metric verification, and SLA monitoring; * Knowledge and experience in structured cabling planning and installation, and rack organization using best practices; * Advanced knowledge of network access control protocols and mechanisms, including IEEE 802\.1X, EAP, RADIUS, and NAC (Network Access Control) concepts; * Knowledge of IP telephony system administration, IVR configuration, call recording, and dialing rules. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits** Caring for people lies at the heart of everything we do.
