Responsibilities include customer service and retention, providing consulting support for product selection, executing sales, and achieving predefined targets. The professional will also be responsible for organizing the sales area and contributing to the training of new employees. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence. **Qualifications** * **Sales and Sales Management:** Experience in direct-to-customer sales, ability to achieve targets, and knowledge of sales techniques management. * **Customer Service:** Skills in delivering excellent customer service, providing personalized support, and building long-term relationships. * **Communication and Training:** Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically, and experience in training new team members. * Familiarity with fabrics, textile industry trends, and proficiency in sales systems or ERP software are considered advantages.
