Support for internal audits and organization of administrative routines Job Description: * Guest service throughout their hotel stay, especially during check\-in and check-out procedures; * Guest registration, verification of documentation, payment methods, and entry of data related to internal security protocols and sanitary regulations; * Room account entries, invoice issuance, and cash flow reconciliation; * Administrative verifications and checks on front desk entries, supporting internal audit processes; * Guest support services, such as wake-up calls, scheduling various services, and future reservations; * Accommodation recommendations and provision of general lodging guidance; * Compliance with internal policies, security protocols, and service standards established by the Hotel Chain; * Departmental organization and execution of administrative work routines; * Mandatory participation in standard operating procedure training for the area of responsibility, delivered via EAD, in person, or as directed by management.
