Not responsible for the direct execution of financial operations **Job Description** We are looking for a Financial Analyst with an analytical profile and process-oriented vision, who will monitor and enhance the finance area’s internal controls. This professional’s primary responsibility will be to evaluate routines, identify inconsistencies, risks, and improvement opportunities—contributing to greater organization, security, and efficiency in financial processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities:** * Analyze and monitor internal financial processes * Identify failures, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities in financial workflows * Prepare managerial reports with findings and improvement recommendations * Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable routines * Support billing and invoice issuance processes * Analyze treasury and cash flow controls * Evaluate financial records and transactions, ensuring compliance with internal procedures * Support the implementation and enhancement of internal financial controls * Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to align processes * Assist in standardizing procedures and organizing financial routines * Monitor financial KPIs and support data analysis * Important: The role focuses primarily on analysis and control, not on the direct execution of financial operations. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in internal audit or internal controls * Knowledge of financial compliance * Experience in process improvement projects **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields * Knowledge of internal financial controls * Strong ability to analyze processes and identify inconsistencies * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills * Experience with financial systems. **Skills:** * Analytical and critical thinking * Organization and attention to detail * Effective communication for reporting analyses and recommendations * Proactivity in identifying improvements * Responsibility and discretion regarding financial information * Ability to work with data and KPIs * Process-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. **Additional Information** -------------------------- **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role * Benefits: Transportation Card (VT) \+ Meal/Meal Allowance (VR/VA: R$34.10 per workday) * Life Insurance * SESC Membership * Gym Benefit * Health Insurance * Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
