




We are seeking a Store Manager with leadership skills and a results-oriented mindset to join our unit in Porto Alegre. * Key responsibilities * Customer acquisition and retention * Ensure store standardization in accordance with the chain’s guidelines * Manage expenses (payment deadlines and discounts) * Implement the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Act), focusing on: * Revenue * Profitability * Expansion of market reach * Sales initiatives Prepare budgets and monitor services to ensure delivery of agreed-upon commitments Be responsible for the revenue generated by the store under your management Report results to the Regional Manager and National Deputy Manager Requirements * Proven experience as a Store Manager (Mandatory) * Experience leading teams (Mandatory) * Experience in mattress sales (Preferred) * Experience in customer service (Preferred) Benefits * Transportation allowance * 13th-month salary * Sales commission (1.5% of store revenue) * 40% performance bonus Total compensation: * Guaranteed base salary (minimum wage for retail sector) * 40% performance bonus * 1.5% commission on store revenue * Transportation allowance Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Salary: R$1,888.00 – R$5,956.15 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
