They are the first cooperative financial institution in Brazil, where their business model builds a value chain benefiting members, the cooperative, and the local community, offering over 300 financial products and services. **Responsibilities and Duties:*** Analyze, develop, and test applications using appropriate methodologies and procedures for implementation, aiming to rationalize and/or automate workflows and routines, following architectural, infrastructure, and operational standards in system development; * Support technical and functional specifications based on business needs, indicating system capabilities and constraints to best define functional and non-functional requirements; * Document and keep up-to-date the developed system and application architecture, ensuring all stakeholders involved in development remain informed. Create supplementary documentation such as operational instructions or data consistency correction guidelines, as required by end users; * Monitor performance and stability of developed systems and applications, providing technical support when necessary; * Support planning and execution of system testing to ensure functional and non-functional quality criteria for applications; * Ensure that all data processed or manipulated is maintained at the highest level of integrity and confidentiality; * Address incidents and investigate system issues to guarantee operational stability and continuity; * Develop, integrate, and maintain APIs for system integration. **Required Qualifications:*** Proficiency in Relational Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Non-Relational Databases (MongoDB, Redis); * Proficiency in Spring Boot standard MVC; * Proficiency in Java 8/11/17/21; * Proficiency in unit and integration testing. **Desired Qualifications:*** Familiarity with Clipper and PL/SQL; * Knowledge of event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka is desirable; * Knowledge of microservices architecture is desirable; * Knowledge of continuous integration and automation is desirable; * Experience working in teams applying agile development methodologies.
