We seek a professional to manage our accredited partners, monitor and assess market needs, and create logistics strategies for partner network expansion. **Responsibilities and Duties** The Assistant will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting sales data and key performance indicators to support corporate growth strategies and decision-making. **Responsibilities**: Conduct detailed calculation and analysis of Sales Indicators, identifying trends and improvement opportunities. Calculate and track Customer Erosion Rate, providing insights to enhance retention. Conduct market research to identify market trends and growth opportunities. Map and generate qualified lead lists for Sales and Accreditation teams, contributing to business expansion. Manage the company's CRM, ensuring data integrity and optimizing customer relationship management. Perform sales forecasts and projections based on historical analyses and current trends. Assess risks associated with sales strategies and propose new actions. Analyze customer profitability, supporting cost-revenue balance control. Actively participate in administrative projects and collaborate with other company departments. Support the Marketing team and branches by providing data-driven insights for effective strategy development. **Requirements and Qualifications****Requirements and Qualifications:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation. Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate insights from complex data. Prior experience in sales indicator analysis, preferably in a corporate environment. Knowledge of CRM management and sales processes. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
