A company operating in the field of **GEOSPATIAL TECHNOLOGY AND AGRICULTURE**, established in the information technology solutions market, with strong presence in equipment distribution and integration services, is hiring a **HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST**. **WORK LOCATION:** Neighborhood: Navegantes – Porto Alegre/RS **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **MODALITY:** IN-PERSON **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a 1-hour and 12-minute break) **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** * Salary: R$3.000,00 * Meal/Voucher Allowance: R$30.00 per day * Transportation Voucher * Unimed Health Plan (available after 90 days) **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Serve as a generalist across all Human Resources and Personnel Department subsystems, supporting an organizational structure of approximately 40 to 50 employees. * Manage recruitment and selection processes. * Conduct onboarding for new employees. * Monitor the probationary period in coordination with managers. * Administer routine tasks related to hiring, termination, vacation, and documentation. * Manage and control electronic timekeeping systems. * Administer benefits (meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, health plans, etc.). * Act as the liaison with the third-party payroll service provider. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation, LGPD (Brazil’s General Data Protection Law), and internal policies. * Support and monitor SESMT (Occupational Health and Safety) activities, including those related to NR-1. * Plan and execute internal marketing initiatives. * Develop and deliver training programs and development initiatives. * Implement and monitor performance evaluation processes. * Provide emotional support and active listening to employees. * Design and implement organizational climate and employee engagement initiatives. * Support managers on people management-related requests. * Other related duties. **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior mandatory experience as a generalist HR professional. * Basic knowledge of Personnel Department routines. * Familiarity with labor legislation. * Experience managing employee benefits. * Experience with electronic timekeeping systems. * Knowledge of SESMT processes is a plus. **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES** * Organization and sense of priority. * Strong interpersonal communication skills. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks. * Analytical and solution-oriented mindset. * Discretion and professional ethics. * Ease of interaction with teams and leadership. * Empathy and ability to address emotional issues in the workplace.
