In addition to representing the retail sector, Sindilojas POA implements initiatives aimed at fostering business growth and improving the quality of life for companies and their employees. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES * Analyze trends, follow news, and monitor social media to identify content opportunities; * Strategically develop a Content Plan for the three brands—Sindilojas POA, Co.nectar Hub, and FBV; * Define an editorial calendar aligned with business objectives and guide content production across various formats (photos, videos, cards); * Organize content distribution across multiple media channels, defining strategies and objectives according to each platform’s specific characteristics; * Monitor execution of the Offline Media Plan with the agency and oversee annual negotiations and contracts; * Supervise external content production agencies and internal content creation; * Ensure the Content Plan is implemented consistently with the brands’ objectives; * Analyze metrics and KPIs. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Organization, creativity, and analytical ability; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Experience in copywriting; * Keen eye for trends and aesthetic sensibility; * Knowledge of diverse media platforms (social media, offline media); * Experience in social media management; * Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication or related fields—Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing; * Experience in digital performance and advertising; * Experience in social media management.
