Sales team support and identification of improvements **Internal Commercial Assistant \- WITH EXPERIENCE.** * Manage the active customer portfolio, maintaining updated records and monitoring ongoing customer relationships; * Filter and qualify leads, updating registrations and ensuring data quality in the system; * Offer products, courses, and services, actively contributing to achieving sales targets; * Keep customers informed about promotions, commercial terms, and portfolio updates; * Prepare managerial and sales planning reports for performance tracking and decision-making support; * Support the sales representatives team, maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring effective service delivery; * Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes and propose strategic actions based on market demands; * Assist the Account Manager with daily routines and operational requirements of the commercial department.
