Our work model at Unicred follows a hybrid format, with two days per week of in-person work at the institution's headquarters.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Support data analysis and management reporting (service level, sizing, and capacity to serve cooperatives);
* Assist in indicator management and operational planning, such as work schedules and breaks;
* Conduct volume, time, and operational indicator analyses;
* Respond to ad hoc requests and demands from cooperatives or other departments;
* Create presentations and management reports, supporting the development and maintenance of BI dashboards.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Business Management, Accounting, or Technology-related fields;
* Knowledge of process management;
* Familiarity with data and indicator management is desirable;
* Intermediate Excel proficiency.
