As a **Human Resources Analyst \- Benefits**, your **main responsibilities** will include:
* Managing and validating company benefits, verifying and releasing payments to service providers via the finance department;
* Managing monthly benefits billing (verifications, allocations, postings, and approvals).
* Maintaining benefits enrollment data: additions, removals, and updates with benefit providers.
* Managing and monitoring benefits: health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, private pension plans, Gympass, transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, and food vouchers.
* Onboarding new employees.
* Supporting employees by addressing inquiries and providing clarification regarding benefits.
* Verifying payroll deductions and validating information for payroll processing.
* Monitoring KPIs and preparing managerial reports for the benefits area.
* Supporting negotiations, contract renewals, and relationships with brokers and benefit providers.
* Organizing internal initiatives, campaigns, and Benefits Fairs.
* Updating manuals, procedures, and internal communications related to benefits.
* Supporting benefits-related projects.
We expect you to have the following **technical competencies**:
* Management of supplementary and mandatory benefits;
* Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel);
* Payroll systems (Sênior System);
We expect you to hold the following **qualification**:
* Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields.
