The **Innovation/Electro-Electronic Projects Analyst** position involves working on Research, Development, and Innovation (R&D&I) projects, with emphasis on qualitative aspects and technical project management. The professional will be responsible for drafting and monitoring technical descriptions, supporting the classification of projects under tax and financial incentives, leading technical meetings with clients, and assisting in technical defenses before competent authorities. At Galapos, we value continuous learning, teamwork, and jointly building solutions that deliver value to our clients and society. **Responsibilities and Duties** RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Describe projects related to research, development, and innovation (R&D&I), suggest improvements to project descriptions, and guide client decision-making; * Apply knowledge and methodologies aligned with national and international best practices to classify and qualify projects under various tax and financial incentive programs; * Lead technical meetings, advise and support clients throughout government audits; * Complete qualitative information in government reporting forms and accountability reports, monitor reallocation needs, and discuss necessary scope changes with clients; * Support activities under the Informatics Law regarding qualitative aspects, manage product qualification requests, inclusion of models, and applications for recognition of technology developed in Brazil. **Requirements and Qualifications** REQUIREMENTS: Technical Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields; * Project Management experience; * Proficiency in writing technical project proposals.
