The ideal candidate must possess a strategic perspective on litigation, combining legal rigor with an understanding of corporate DP and HR routines. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Case Management:** Drafting complex legal documents for all judicial instances and performing electronic filings. * **Representation:** Conducting hearings and oral arguments. * **Consulting:** Preparing technical legal opinions and participating in strategic meetings with clients. **Requirements:** * Active registration with the **OAB/RS** (mandatory). * Solid and proven experience in labor litigation. * Practical knowledge of Personnel Department and HR routines. * Postgraduate degree in Labor Law is desirable.
