Experience in civil construction **SUPERVISOR** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: Supervise team activities, manage schedules, enforce goal compliance, organize teams, and cover staff absences, among other duties. **Requirements:** Requirements: Knowledge of civil construction; Disciplined attitude; Experience as a mason or supervisor. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 16:30. Two on-call shifts per week covering Saturdays, 2 hours each. Availability required if needed for company-related tasks and obligations. **Benefits:** Salary of R$ 1.680,00.
