Job Summary: This role involves delivering theoretical training to young apprentices, fostering the development of essential competencies for the world of work, and monitoring their progress. Design and implement reflective activities and maintain pedagogical records **Grow with us!** **Position: Apprenticeship Instructor** **Location:** Centro Histórico / Porto Alegre **Responsibilities:** Deliver theoretical training to young apprentices, facilitate formative meetings, foster the development of essential competencies and skills for entering and remaining in the workforce, and monitor students' progress. Track attendance and performance, design and implement reflective activities and exercises, and maintain up-to-date pedagogical records. **Salary + Benefits:** R$ 3.300,00 + Transportation Allowance / Meal Voucher R$ 30.00 per day / On-site Cafeteria / Health Insurance / Dental Insurance / Fruit Day / Birthday Day Off. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, schedule to be agreed upon. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree completed or currently enrolled in final semesters in Administration, Human Resources, Pedagogy, or Teacher Education; experience in education and working with youth is desirable.
