We are seeking a talented intern to work as an Intern **Let’s transform collaboration into results—together?** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Respond to complaints in Customer Service (CS) (future transition to SAP Commercial); * Respond to complaints submitted via the Ombudsman channel; * Assist in scheduling client requests; * Update data records; * Support other departments (e.g., customer relations, legal, communications) with responses; * Analyze third-party payment requests, validating forms and photographic evidence; * Correct data entries in metering forms; * Provide support to the metering team during the cycle, adjusting items as needed; * Consolidate the metering database according to received approvals and upload it to the portal; * Update the process with necessary information to finalize third-party payments. **Requirements and Qualifications** What we expect from you: * Technical degree in Electrical Engineering; * Technical degree in Renewable Energy; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite **Additional Information** Why join Grupo Equatorial: By joining our team, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning, personal growth, and proactive ownership by every talent.
