Serve as instructor, trainer-of-trainers, and tutor **Job Description:** Responsibilities: – Design and deliver customer training projects using digital tools; propose innovative ideas for distance training delivery; collect area-related metrics; monitor results; – Implement Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain up-to-date content; – Create training content for in-person and EAD (distance learning) sessions on systems and applications developed by WESA; – Develop manuals, videos, tutorials, and webinars; – Serve as instructor, trainer-of-trainers, and tutor. **Requirements:** Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Social Communication, or related fields; – Solid experience in customer training; – Knowledge of e-learning and LMS is a plus; – Strong communication skills and passion for teaching.
