The **Administrative Assistant** performs technical activities in accordance with departmental procedures, ensuring process organization and continuous improvement. Provides support for operational demands, organizes and controls information and documentation, contributing to routine efficiency and timely delivery.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Promote organization and continuous improvement of Corporate Department processes;
* Support actions required to meet the Corporate Department’s operational demands;
* Assist in scheduling, organizing, and conducting meetings for Corporate Education;
* Support the preparation and execution of budgets related to products offered by the Continuing Education Directorate;
* Propose and present solutions aimed at process organization while considering the specific characteristics of different products offered by the Continuing Education Directorate;
* Contribute to pricing analysis for the Directorate’s products;
* Organize and control internal documentation (reports, budgets, etc.) required for project management;
* Provide assistance regarding company contracting processes, including contract drafting and procurement system administration;
* Support enrollment-related activities.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:**
* Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Law or Administration;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
* Experience or interest in administrative tasks and operational routine organization;
* Ability to produce clear, concise, and context-appropriate corporate communications, such as announcements, reports, memoranda, and professional e\-mails.
**Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM \| 200 hours per month \| On-site
