Preferred Qualifications: * Postgraduate degree in the relevant field; * Prior experience in Occupational Safety; * General knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively across all hierarchical levels (including senior leadership, construction sites, and operational departments); * Willingness to perform practical field work and operational activities.
