Position for a social project focused on developing and empowering women facing social vulnerability. **\*Fixed-term contract\*** **Position: Social Projects Coordinator** * Develop and lead special projects, contributing to efficient management of activities and strengthening institutional initiatives. * Ensure clear and effective communication with diverse audiences, and prepare managerial reports and monitoring documents to support decision-making. * Represent the department and coordination in meetings, events, and strategic forums, ensuring information alignment and strengthening institutional relationships. * Implement, monitor, and evaluate projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, deliverables, and established indicators. * Support the implementation of policies, processes, and continuous improvements, contributing to standardization and operational efficiency. * Identify opportunities and challenges, proposing solutions that add value to deliverables and expand the impact of implemented actions. * Coordinate with internal departments, the community, and external partners, promoting synergy, integration, and collaboration among stakeholders. * Facilitate connections among the team, general coordination, and support networks, ensuring organized activities and transparent project execution. **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Teaching, Pedagogy, or related fields. **Desirable:** Postgraduate qualification. **Working Hours:** To be determined. **Note:** Night shift availability is required. **Advantage:** Experience working with women facing social vulnerability.
