Job Summary: Strategically contribute to the development of physical scale model projects, ensuring accuracy, production feasibility, and final quality, while also supporting process improvements and innovation. Responsibilities and Duties: Strategically lead physical scale model project development, being responsible for concept design, technical detailing, and project validation—ensuring accuracy, production feasibility, and final quality. * Develop complete physical scale model projects (structures, topography, buildings) * Perform integration and interpretation of architectural, urban planning, and complementary projects; * Prepare technical files for production (laser cutting, CNC, and 3D printing); * Define appropriate construction solutions and materials for each project; * Supervise and guide the production team during scale model execution; * Ensure quality standards, deadlines, and fidelity to the original project; * Conduct technical review and validation of projects prior to production; * Participate in internal team meetings and, when necessary, client meetings; * Contribute to process improvements, standardization, and innovation in projects. **What is essential for us:** * High level of organization and attention to detail; * Analytical mindset and strong technical critical thinking; * Proactivity and autonomy in project management; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to work collaboratively in a team; * Commitment to deadlines and delivery quality; * Flexibility to handle occasional weekend assignments (previously coordinated). **Mandatory Technical Requirements:** * Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D; * Proficiency in SketchUp (advanced modeling); * Experience in project integration; * Prior experience with executive projects or technical detailing; **Nice-to-have Qualifications:** * Knowledge of BIM (Revit or similar); * Experience with physical scale models or prototyping; * Education in Architecture and Urban Planning, Design, Engineering, or Technical Construction. **Additional Information:** Workplace: Porto Alegre/RS (North Zone) Working Hours: 08:30–12:00 / 13:00–18:00, Monday to Friday Employment Type: CLT or PJ Salary: To be negotiated **Benefits Offered (subject to employment type):** * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Health and dental insurance (Doctor Clin – Max); * Life insurance; * Telemedicine, tele-nutrition, and tele-psychology services; * Career development and continuous learning plan; * Partnerships with Wellhub, pharmacies, and Sesc.
